The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Norwich area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.
Shifts: Run across Monday to Sunday (Ad-hoc, part time, full time)
Hours: Trunk - between 9am - 17:00pm start
Pay Rate: Trunk - £17.50 rising to £18.25 between 10pm - 6am
Location: Norwich, NR6
Job Type: Temporary/Ad-hoc/ Ongoing
The role: The driver will be trunking to a set hub but will also be required to make collections along the way. Freight is palletised so drivers may be required to use a pallet truck at times.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
- Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- 12 months minimum experience required.
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
- Full understanding of WTD legislation.
- Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
