The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Ipswich area. We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team.
Hours: Shifts across Monday to Sunday with start times from 12pm to 9pm.

Pay Rate: £17.20 to £24.44 per hour PAYE.
Location: Ipswich, IP1
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.
The role:
- Execute depot pull, filling the back of a trailer at the depot and transporting it to a hub.
- Engage in customer work, taking the vehicle to a customer to collect a trailer, delivering it to a hub, and returning to the depot.
- Assist with loading and unloading at customer sites and in the depot.
- Perform drop and swap operations, sometimes using a tail lift, and occasionally doing trailer swaps requiring uncoupling the vehicle.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries.
