About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly growing and values-driven organisation within the care sector, is seeking a Regional Franchisee Onboarding Manager to play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of new franchise businesses across the UK and Ireland. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role where you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to new franchisees, guiding them from initial setup through to full operational launch (go live). You will be instrumental in ensuring each franchise is set up for long-term success, delivering exceptional care services while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
