The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our longstanding clients that are part of a global network specialising in the production and distribution of industrial batteries and energy storage solutions.
Location: ST5 (Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent)
Job Type: Temp, initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.
Pay rate: £13.91 per hour.
Hours: Monday to Thursday (08:00 to 16:30), Friday (08:00 to 15:00), 39 hours a week standard, with the possibility of overtime through the week and on the weekend paid at T1/2.
The role includes:
- Driving between client/customer sites, using the company van.
- Carrying out routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of industrial batteries in MHE.
- Conducting visual inspections and completing basic repairs, showcasing hands-on experience with fault diagnosis and repair.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and customer service in the day-to-day role.
- Performing routine service and maintenance.
