TRC The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operation within the Logistics sector based in the M24 area of Middleton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a permanent contract after a successful 12-week probation period.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Driver Pre-Briefs and De-Briefs, including completing driver documentation
- Completing and maintaining all company documentation accurately
- Communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and company IT systems
- Conducting driver pre-briefs or evening de-briefs as required
- Managing company assets, including: Container portal updates, Daily container counts, Key and scanner control
- Checking SP payments and producing daily/monthly reports
- Completing administrative tasks and maintaining organised filing systems, including: SP/employee vetting, Driver set-up processes, ID badges
