Registered Home Manager Birmingham £43,000 per annum plus up to £10,000 bonus TRC is working in partnership with a great national provider of specialist residential care for those living with Autism, mental health and learning disabilities of working age. My client work in partnership with commissioners to deliver responsive, flexible, specialist support in therapeutic, registered residential and supported living settings across England and Wales. Their individual support plans aim to provide the people they support with more choice and control over their own lives. The home in Birmingham is currently rated by CQC as ‘Good’, and we are looking for an experienced manager to maintain high standards whilst striving to deliver the best level of care possible, aiming to achieve an ‘outstanding’ rating.
