The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client based in Winwick (WA2). We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join the team on an ongoing basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.

Pay Rate: From £12.71 per hour
Location: Winwick, WA2

The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed efficiently and accurately. Your duties will include:
- Sorting and organising parcels by postcode and delivery route.
- Scanning parcels using handheld scanners.
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Moving parcels throughout the warehouse.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged parcels.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
- Following all company policies and safe working practices at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible to work overtime when required.
- Own transport is beneficial due to shift times.
