Night Shift Parcel Sorter Lincoln (LN6)
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading parcel courier client based in the Lincoln (LN6) area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing operation with long-term prospects.
Location: Lincoln LN6
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday (5 days out of 6) 00:00 - 09:00am
Pay Rate: From Β£13.21 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role
As a Parcel Sorter, you will play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately sort and organise incoming parcels by route and destination
- Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
- Ensure parcels are correctly labelled and categorised
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines
- Identify damaged parcels and follow company procedures for reporting and handling
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, maximising space efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Follow all company health, safety, and security policies
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift parcels of varying weights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime
