Reach Truck Driver We are hiring confident reach truck drivers across 4 different shifts to join our third-party logistics client based in Duckmanton, Chesterfield on a temp to perm basis! Pay Rate: £12.45 £13.95 (dependant on shift) + OT available at £18.68-£20.18 Shifts: Multiple set shift options available – Days 4on4off 06:00-18:00 , Nights 4on4off 18:00-06:00 , Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 rotating weekly , Nights Monday to Friday 22:00-06:00 The Role: This will be to join a multi-skilled team, operating around 45 other team members. Duties will consist of operating MHE and carrying our various warehouse duties as and when required. Duties: Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse. Picking and building onto pallets Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE Ensure the correct amount of product is picked Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers Occasional duties of marshalling, managing goods-in, and pallet checking, as requested by the site management team Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment Expected to operate all MHE required to deliver operational requirements both current and future Candidate Requirements: Able to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment. Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning Attention to detail and accuracy Reliability and a good working attitude Ability to work within a team, with the willingness to contribute towards continuous improvement initiative Minimum of 6 months reach truck operating experience Valid reach truck license (ideally accredited but we can accept in house providing candidates are happy to complete on site refresher) For more information, please apply with a copy of your CV today and a member of our team will be in touch!
