My client is a rapidly growing renewable energy company looking to add an experienced Solar PV Installer to its expanding team in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering high-quality solar and renewable energy installations across the residential and commercial sectors.

The Role

You will be responsible for the installation of Solar PV systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Working as part of a skilled installation team, you will play a key role in delivering renewable energy projects for customers across the region.

  • Installation of Solar PV panels and mounting systems on residential and commercial properties.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, roof plans, and installation specifications.
  • Ensuring installations are completed in line with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Supporting the commissioning and handover process where required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solar PV Installer.
  • Strong understanding of Solar PV systems and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation guides.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Solar PV, or related discipline.
  • ECS or CSCS Card.
  • IPAF and/or PASMA certification.
