Regional Care Trainer Newcastle, Northeast £36,750 plus £4,000 car allowance and mileage TRC has been given an opportunity from an outstanding provider of nursing and residential homes to headhunt the ideal Regional Care Trainer to join their team! Our client is looking for someone who has a background in classroom raining of internal social care modules as well as experience of providing training on technology systems such as EMars and Nourish. The role will include being responsible for developing the competence of their employees by participating in the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development events with particular reference to systems training. Benefits include: Competitive salary, £4,000 car allowance, mileage paid, 33 days holiday, reward and referral schemes. Responsibilities: To contribute to the delivery and evaluation of group-wide projects, notably induction, mandatory and system-specific training. To ensure that induction and relevant work-based knowledge standards are met in induction and CPD processes To plan with the training teams for the delivery of induction and CPD events. To actively deliver group induction, and mandatory and specific system training for employees and managers. This will involve working closely with the training team and wider business. To welcome new employees and ensure that their initial experience is positive and carried out to our clients standards. To support the Training departments in the delivery of internal training in line with the company needs. To create a climate conducive to learning by organising, managing, and monitoring physical resources available to the department including internal training locations and external training rooms. To prepare and develop a range of resources to support learning, including blended learning. To deliver training using a wide range of learning methods. To ensure that the training department has the required information about attendance at induction, mandatory and specific system training. Ensure that all new employees complete the required induction documents. To evaluate the learning of participants using the agreed assessments systems. To evaluate and develop own practice maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current learning and development processes and achieve relevant qualifications. To follow company policy and procedures and have particular regard to any safeguarding reporting that may be required as a result of information received and to make sure all employees have equal opportunities to access learning and assessment opportunities as set out in law and within policy To undertake as and when required any additional tasks and responsibilities as are reasonably compatible with this job description and its objectives. Requirements: Must have experience within providing classroom training sessions within health and social care minimum of 2 years. Hold a relevant training qualification or recognised teaching qualification. Hold a full UK driving licence and have full access to a car with ability to travel when needed.
