Role Overview
As Practice Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily running of the hospital, ensuring outstanding patient care
- Lead a multidisciplinary team (admin, clinical, surgical)
- Ensure full compliance with CQC, GDPR, infection control, and health & safety standards
- Manage staffing, rotas, inventory, and financial processes
- Handle patient queries and elevate client experience from consultation to aftercare
- Support digital marketing efforts, promotions, and social media initiatives
- Drive operational improvements and contribute to strategic business development
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in a healthcare or aesthetics practice management role
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Business Admin, Leadership, or similar
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements, clinical governance, and patient safety
- Team leadership and financial management experience
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
Desirable:
- Experience in private cosmetic surgery or aesthetic medicine
- Familiarity with clinic software (e.g. Pabau, Semble)
- CQC or safeguarding certification
- Experience with luxury customer service and private patient environments
