Our client is seeking a driven individual to lead the care team and play a key role in shaping the growth of their services across the Oldbury area.

The RoleOur client is looking for a caring and confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding home care services. Whether you’re a current Registered Manager or an experienced Care Coordinator or Deputy/Assistant Manager ready to progress, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance with CQC regulations, and the growth of services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee care operations and lead a team of care staff, supervisors, and coordinators
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
- Assess client needs and develop person-centred care plans
- Drive business growth, securing private and public contracts
- Implement quality assurance processes, audits, and incident management
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the care sector, ideally with supervisory or management duties
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager is advantageous, but not essential; full support will be provided to gain CQC registration
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional weekends
- Competitive salary: £36,000 - £38,000 (based on experience)
