The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operation within the Logistics sector. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a permanent contract after a successful 12-week probation period.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with Driver Pre-Briefs and De-Briefs, including completing driver documentation
  • Completing and maintaining all company documentation accurately
  • Communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and company IT systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct driver pre-briefs or evening de-briefs as required
  • Manage company assets, including: Container portal updates, Daily container counts, Key and scanner control
  • Check SP payments and produce daily/monthly reports
  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain organised filing systems, including: SP/employee vetting, Driver set-up processes, ID badge ordering
  • Respond to customer queries via company IT systems
  • Carry out any reasonable requests from management
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and site risk assessments
  • Adhere to company standards regarding timekeeping, attendance, performance, and professional behaviour

Working Hours & Pay

  • Hours: 10:30am - 7:00pm
  • Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
  • Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Permanent contract after 12 weeks via the agency)
