The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Knottingley area. We are looking for an experienced Van Driver (CAT B) to join the team on a temporary basis for holiday cover.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 7am start
  • Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour PAYE
  • Location: Knottingley, WF11
  • Job Type: Temporary from 02.07 - 20.07

The role:

  • Safely operate a 5-tonne van
  • Execute 2-3 drops per day, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during deliveries.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Have at least 1 year of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle.
  • Driver will be required to have a tachograph (driver card).
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
