Shift Pattern Explained: You will work a rotating 3 on / 3 off shift pattern, alternating between days and nights:
- 3 day shifts: 7:00am - 7:00pm
- 3 days off
- 3 night shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. This role is key to ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient inventory management, and smooth day-to-day operations within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Manage goods in and goods out processes, ensuring all stock movements are recorded correctly
- Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure stock availability meets demand
- Analyse stock data and produce reports to support business decisions
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend actions
- Ensure stock is stored safely and in line with company procedures
- Support with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stock control, inventory, or warehouse role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including experience with stock management systems and Excel
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
