The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Bury area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team on days or night. Hours: 5 shifts a week across Monday to Sunday (drivers MUST have weekend availability) Pay Rate : Days £16.13 PAYE Location: Bury St. Edmunds IP32 Job Type: Permanent The role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation.
