We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C&E) to join the team.

Shifts: Shifts across Monday to Sunday (weekends included on a rota basis).

Days - £15.36 per hour PAYE.

Location: Glasgow, G32.

Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate.

Working set shifts with a rota planned in advance, weekends included and required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Securely moving and transporting premium and high value goods (parcels) to sub-depots or collecting them from delivery units (working on bulk collections/deliveries throughout the day).
  • Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork throughout the shift.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
  • Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
