You will support residents to live safe,

You will build positive relationships with residents, encourage independence, and help them achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive residential environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and emotional support to residents.

Assist
with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, medication
support
and household tasks where

Encourage residents to develop independence and make their own choices.

Develop positive and trusting relationships with residents,
