The Role:
As a Trainee Delivery Resourcer, you'll be fully supported and trained as you learn the ropes of recruitment, focusing on placing candidates within the industrial and logistics sectors.
What you'll be doing:
- Learning how to source and engage top-quality candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews and matching them to the right roles
- Supporting senior consultants with client requirements
- Gaining insight into how we build and manage client relationships
- Keeping up with industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Working towards targets and developing your confidence and skills
- Handling day-to-day admin such as updating databases/ATS, formatting CVs, preparing interview packs, and keeping candidate records accurate
- Managing email inboxes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meeting calendars
What We're Looking For:
- No recruitment experience needed - we provide full training!
- Great communication skills and a confident personality
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong organisation and time management
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation
