The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

We are currently hiring Sub-Assembly Operatives to join a leading manufacturer. You will be in a busy workshop environment and responsible for the manufacture or assembly of components in accordance with drawings or customers' requirements.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm

Rate: £12.71

Type: Temp to perm

Location: Lye, DY9

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality finishes in a workshop environment while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.
Carry out sub-assembly of company products.
Inspecting, identifying and packing company products.
Assistance in working for other departments when necessary.
Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Previous mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.
Reliability and good communication skills.
Able to use hand tools.
Ideally candidates will have their own means of transport to allow for occasional movement between sites, as the business needs.
