The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, industry-leading logistics client based in the Barnsley S74 area. Our client is recognised for their fast-paced warehouse operations and commitment to delivering high-quality logistics services across the UK.
Shift: 5pm - 2am
Pay Rate: £13.51 per hour
Job Type: Ongoing work, with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate
The Role:
- Operate both Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently throughout the shift
- Load and unload trailers within a busy warehouse environment
- Move stock accurately within the warehouse and designated storage areas
- Complete daily FLT safety checks and relevant paperwork
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet operational deadlines
- Ensure all pallets and stock are handled safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements:
- Valid accredited Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences
- Previous FLT and warehouse experience is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable transport to and from site preferred
