We are currently hiring Sub-Assembly Operatives to join a leading manufacturer. You will be in a busy workshop environment and responsible for the manufacture or assembly of components in accordance with drawings or customers requirements Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 7am-1pm Rate: £12.71 Type

Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality finishes in a workshop environment while maintaining excellent safety and quality standards.
Advising Department Section Leader of defective tooling, jigs or fixtures or manufacturing problems that prevent production targets being achieved.
Inspecting, identifying and packing company products.
Ensuring that housekeeping of work area is maintained.
Adhering to all relevant ISO processes and policies.
Assistance in working for other departments when necessary.
Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements: Previous mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience.
Reliability and good communication skills.
Able to use hand tools.
Ideally candidates will have their own means of transport to allow for occasional movement between sites, as the business needs.
