We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join the team on an ongoing basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed efficiently and accurately.
Your duties will include: Sorting and organising parcels by postcode and delivery route.
Scanning parcels using handheld scanners.
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
Moving parcels throughout the warehouse.
Identifying and reporting any damaged parcels.
Working as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
Following all company policies and safe working practices at all times.
Requirements Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the shift.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Flexible to work overtime when required.
Own transport is beneficial due to shift times.
