The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Sheffield area. We are looking for multiple HGV Drivers to join the team .
Shifts: Typically across Monday to Friday but weekend work also may be a requirement
Roles: HGV Class 1 - Linehaul runs HGV Class 2 - Bulk runs
Start Times: Days - between 7am - 10am starts (bulk runs) Afters - between 12pm - 10pm starts (linehaul runs)
Pay Rate: Bulk runs - £15.83 per hour Linehaul runs - £17.79 per hour (between 6am -10pm) & £18.29 per hour (between 10pm - 6am)

Sheffield Job Type: Ad-hoc / Temp / Ongoing The role: Bulk runs - Multi-drop delivery (loading and loading required) Linehaul runs - Performing trunk runs to the HUB Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (category C&E & C). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. 6 months minimum experience for Bulk runs however, Linehaul runs will take newer passes. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.
