We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leading Automotive manufacturing client located in Sunderland, on a temporary basis. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to a professional environment.

Mission and Main Objectives:

  • Assist with the supplier management functions and systems within the Parts Quality Assurance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost management
  • Supplier chargeback
  • Budget monitoring and reporting
  • Invoice processing and control
  • Quality data management
  • Creation and distribution of weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Support in planning and coordinating business activities and meetings
  • General administrative duties

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Financial background is essential
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience with databases (Microsoft Access) is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong time management and work prioritisation skills, along with good planning and organisational abilities
  • GCSE level C or above in Maths, English, and IT (or equivalent)

Hours: 08:05am - 16:40pm Monday - Thursday, 08:05am - 14:25pm Friday

Pay: £13 - £14 per hour depending on experience.
