Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with bonus opportunities
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (with out-of-hours expectations)

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Transport Business Development Manager to join our growing Transport division, based out of our Head Office in Leeds. This role is focused on winning new business on a national scale, supporting the continued growth of our transport operation across the UK.
The Role
- Identifying, targeting and securing new transport and logistics clients nationwide
- Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding
- Working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth client handover
- Attending client meetings and site visits as required
- Maintaining accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and activity reporting
- Representing the business professionally and driving brand growth within the market
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within a sales or business development environment (essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Results-driven, self-motivated and target-focused
- Experience within recruitment, logistics or transport is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
