The Recruitment Crowd is expanding, and we are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our temporary agency workforce. This is agency-based work, providing staffing cover across a range of UK healthcare and residential care settings. Please note: this is not a permanent or full-time position, and hours are not guaranteed. This opportunity is best suited to professionals who understand and value the flexibility of agency work.

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in UK healthcare, gained within the UK
- Experience working with adults in a healthcare or residential care setting

The Role
- Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care
- Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs
- Assist in the delivery of engaging and meaningful activities
- Follow established care plans and contribute to positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records (medication, activities, incidents, progress)
- Accompany service users to appointments and community activities

- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, not essential)
