Shifts: Run across Monday to Sunday (weekends included) br br Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today. br Hours: 01:00am starts br 13:00pm -15:00pm starts br Pay Rate: br Class 2 Afters - £15.86 per hour rising to £16.61 per hour after 12 weeks PAYE br Nights- £17.10 per hour rising to £17.80 per hour after 12 weeks PAYE br Class 1 Afters - £17.22 per hour rising to £17.92 per hour after 12 weeks PAYE br Nights - £19.12 per hour rising to £19.87 per hour after 12 weeks PAYE br Location: Grays RM20 Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate The role: Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. Handling runs, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck. Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Full understanding of WTD legislation. Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position. Excellent communication skills.
