We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care within home settings.
About the Role
As a Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of both adult and paediatric clients, providing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support. The role will cover packages across Yorkshire.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing care plans
- Maintaining MAR charts
- Conducting clinical audits
- Delivering competency training and sign-off for care teams
- Supporting clients with complex clinical needs in their own homes
Clinical Skills Experience
Ideally, you will have an ICU background and be confident in:
- Airway management
- Bowel management
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy management
- Diabetes care
