The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Carlisle area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Ad-hoc, part time, full time)
Hours: Nights (start time between 16:00-19:15pm)
Pay Rate: Nights Trunk - £17.00 rising to £17.50 between 10am - 6am.
Location: Carlisle, CA3
Job Type: Temporary/Ad-hoc/ Ongoing
The role: Trunking trailers to the national hubs in Coventry and Ryton
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
- Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- 6 months minimum experience required
- No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
- Full understanding of WTD legislation.
- Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A safety-first mindset.
