Onsite Account Coordinator – Recruitment Location: S74, Barnsley Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Sector: Recruitment / Staffing Are you an experienced account coordinator who can handle being hands-on, client-facing and at the heart of a busy operation? We're looking for an Onsite Account Coordinator to join our recruitment team, working directly onsite with our client in the S74 area of Barnsley. The Role
As an Onsite Account Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact between our recruitment business, the client and the temporary workforce onsite. You'll be responsible for making sure the site is fully supported from a recruitment and staffing perspective, while building strong relationships with both the client and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working onsite at the client's premises as the main recruitment point of contact Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client Coordinating staffing requirements and ensuring vacancies are filled Recruiting, screening and onboarding candidates Managing candidate attendance, performance and general queries Supporting workers throughout their assignment Liaising with the client regarding staffing levels, rotas and requirements Handling any issues or queries quickly and professionally Maintaining accurate candidate and client records Monitoring attendance and helping to reduce absence Working closely with the wider recruitment team to ensure staffing requirements are met Identifying opportunities to improve the onsite recruitment service About You We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and people-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage a busy workload.
Ideally, you'll have experience in: Recruitment or temporary staffing An onsite recruitment role Account management or client services Workforce coordination A fast-paced customer service or operational environment You'll need to be comfortable dealing with both clients and candidates, solving problems quickly and managing multiple priorities at once. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, reliable, approachable and commercially aware, with a strong work ethic and the confidence to take ownership of the onsite operation.
