Job Title: Contracts Manager β Groundworks (Housing Projects) Location: Knowsley, Merseyside Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Β£55,000 β Β£70,000 per year (DOE) + car allowance + package About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in the North West. Our client specialises in delivering groundwork packages for major residential housing developers and is now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong groundwork and housing experience to oversee multiple live sites and play a key role in ongoing project delivery and client relationships.
