Your Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage relationships with clients and increase sales. The role will involve you heading up your own desk while increasing the customer database and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
– Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on our services and best practices.
– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and the stock management team to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and enhance our competitive position.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
– Previous experience in a sales or account management role
– Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel
– Experience within car or van sales (preferred but not essential)
