Our client is a specialist litigation law firm providing an excellent service to their clients who require effective and compliant litigation services. Part of a group that employs over 950 people and is continually growing, they believe that people are the most important asset and aim to recruit, retain, develop and motivate each individual offering them the opportunity to succeed.
The role of the Legal Administrator is to prepare and process court documentation, to prepare enforcement applications, to correspond with Courts, Land Registry and debt management companies via telephone and email, whilst transferring all information onto internal systems accurately.
You will need good communication skills both written and verbal and some administrative experience. You do not need any knowledge or experience in litigation as comprehensive training is offered. The starting salary for this position is £18,000 rising to £22,500 through evidencing progression subject to achieving competency and skills assessment criteria. After successful completion of your probationary period your salary will increase to £19,200. Salary reviews are held 6 monthly in June and November.
You will also have the opportunity to earn variable pay which can be up to 14% annually of your salary which is paid quarterly, based on achieving your monthly KPIs and targets.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm with a one hour lunch break.
