This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated People Advisor to join a wonderful charity for a 9-month FTC, providing vital HR support.
You'll be contributing to a meaningful cause while developing your HR expertise within a supportive team environment that's focused on professional growth and making a positive impact.
Key responsibilities: Provide timely and practical HR advice to managers and colleagues on routine employee matters such as sickness absence, performance, conduct, probation, and flexible working policies.
Manage and resolve allocated employee relations cases from initial advice through to resolution, ensuring fairness, consistency, and clear communication.
Identify and escalate complex or high-risk employee issues appropriately, working closely with senior HR colleagues.
Maintain accurate, confidential case records, drafting documents including meeting invitations, outcome letters, notes, and action plans.
Assist People Business Partners with case management, including process planning, meeting preparation, follow-up, and tracking progress.
Support project activity by maintaining plans, trackers, and communications, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Provide flexible HR administrative support across People Operations during periods of increased demand or organisational change.
