Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data protection compliance.
Monitor and promote HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
Assist with grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management processes.

About you: Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a comparable HR role.
