An exciting role has arisen with our renowned client for a proactive Part-Time Reward and Benefits Assistant, where you'll be working as part of the friendly and supportive HR team. The days of work are flexible but you will be required to work full days and one of the days must include Thursday. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility with an interesting and fulfilling role where you'll be able to take ownership and become an integral part of a growing company.
Reporting directly to the Reward and Benefit Manager your main accountabilities will include:
- Providing end to end support with all administration for all new starters/leavers.
- Offering support on all new joiners benefits administration, auto enrolment and annual reward processes, including pay review, bonus and benefits renewals.
- Providing assistance to the Rewards and Benefits Manager with tracking of expenditure and reconciling invoices.
- Arranging all facilities for wellbeing initiatives including sourcing and liaising with providers to ensure the wellbeing strategy is delivered and adhered to accordingly.
- Becoming the single point of contact for all reward and benefit queries and providing collaborative support to all areas of the HR team.
- Providing efficient support throughout the annual reward process, including salary/bonus reviews and promotions.
You will have either worked in a reward team previously or have experience as a HR Assistant with an interest in Reward and Benefits. You will have gained this within professional services or the financial services. You'll need to have strong MS Office skills, specifically strong Excel skills and be able to demonstrate good communication and relationship management skills. You should be able to use your initiative, be adaptable and flexible in your approach with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
