We're recruiting on behalf of our globally respected client for Quality Systems Coordinator. You'll be responsible for all the QHSE for all aspects of mapping and auditing of the business' work processes in accordance with ISO 9001 protocols. You'll be an integral member of the growing quality team and become the single point of contact for all matters relating to your job role.
As part of this role, you will work in support of the business's transition to an AQAP compliant quality process to meet the expanding QA requirements. Reporting directly to the QHSE Manager, you will have a vital part to play in co-ordinating and assisting with internal quality audits ensuring that all internal co-ordination, planning, project creation, scheduling and relevant activities are being carried out in line with the Quality Management System.
You will also ensure that adherence to company policies, procedures and methodologies are actioned in the delivery of projects. You'll be responsible for leading internal process audits covering business processes, creating and maintaining management reports in SAP, including establishing and reporting Performance Metrics, as well as meeting internal business reporting requirements while supporting customer progress reporting meetings and compilation of associated reports.
You will support the QHSE Manager in the running of ISO 9001 (QA) and ISO 14001 business plan in line with the company policies and procedures. For this role, you will have experience of working within a vibrant quality department and possess an understanding of quality systems and processes such as ISO 9001, AQAP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control plans.
You'll be driven with a motivation for personal and team success. A mechanical engineering background and qualification would be ideal or relevant working experience. You'll have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, while being confident liaising with different departments and have experience of multiple project management.
