Our client is a fast growing technology company and they are looking for an Order Administrator to join their small team in brand new offices near Washington where you will be dealing with their business customers.
This is a really varied role which will see you processing orders that are received by email and ensuring that they are completed in time for them to be despatched the next day. You will also be dealing with telephone queries regarding pricing and stock, ensuring that your customers are kept up to date at all times and that any issues they have are resolved quickly, in addition to liaising with suppliers to organise installation dates.
This is a really interesting role which will allow you to build some really strong relationships with your customers. You will need excellent communication skills and a passion for giving great customer service. Organisation and multi-tasking skills are a definite must. Good IT skills are also essential. Due to the rural location, own transport is essential.
