Our client is an online travel company based in Lancing and they are looking to add to their team of Customer Service Advisors. This role will see you dealing with any queries that a customer may have after booking their holiday but before they travel. You will be dealing with incoming calls and taking details of amendments to bookings (for example passenger name changes, special hotel requests etc), contacting airlines or hotels if necessary and then confirming all of the details back to the customer when resolved. This will involve using a number of different computer systems and screens so the ability to multitask is really important!

You will also need to communicate any flight or accommodation changes to the customers and whenever you are talking to a customer, you should also be identifying opportunities to enhance their holiday by offering add ons and extras. Our client is very proud of the brand that they have created and is looking for people who will represent this at all times by being an efficient, friendly and helpful voice at the end of the phone.

You don’t necessarily need experience for this role, so if you love talking to people, have some customer service experience in retail or hospitality and are looking for your first office based role then we’d love to hear from you.

We are specifically looking for Nordic speaking candidates; Swedish, Icelandic, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian. You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be a really great listener and the kind of person who loves the challenge of resolving a problem. The role involves working shift patterns with hours between 8am and 8pm and will include weekends.
