We're recruiting on behalf of our accomplished client for a Temporary HR Advisor, with a view to an immediate start for a minimum of 1 month basis. Based in the heart of Addlestone you'll be working within a busy HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain fantastic experience and to act as a key support to the HR Team.

Within this role you will be exposed to the day-to-day operating of this fast-paced environment of a busy HR department and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating interviews
  • The on-boarding of new starters
  • Assisting with inductions
  • Providing comprehensive HR Administration
  • Tracking employee changes
  • Processing all leavers
  • Assisting with various aspects of office upkeep
  • Providing cover on reception, as and when required

To succeed in your new role as an HR Administrator, you should have a keen interest in HR. You'll have strong attention to detail, be proactive, and have experience working in a fast-paced, highly pressurised environment with a can-do attitude. You will have experience administering aspects of the employee lifecycle, from start to finish, and will possess fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll also need to be confident using Microsoft Office programs.
