We are currently assisting a Dublin based company in the search for a seasoned Network & Security Architect that has expertise across firewalls in particular Palo Alto. This is a senior role and you will be one of the key players in designing the architectural strategy and roadmap in a hybrid cloud environment. The overall security team has grown massively over the past 18 months and currently sits at 21. This role will require you to have worked on enterprise networks supporting a large user environment. This will be a full-time salaried role with some of the strongest benefits that the Irish market has to offer.
To be successful you will have:
- Strong architectural knowledge within Palo Alto
- Worked on HLD and LLD
- Been seen as a lead and have mentored junior members of the team
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting capability including the use of tcpdump
- Strong experience with WAF technologies across hybrid and cloud environments
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments (ideally Azure)
- Strong communication skills
