About the Role

TRC is recruiting for a Parts Pro on behalf of a leading provider in the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) sector. This role is perfect for someone with strong parts, warehouse, or customer service experience who wants to be part of a growing business supporting the aviation industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, processing, and managing parts orders, while ensuring customers receive excellent service and warehouse operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality customer service, including order processing, quotations, and invoicing.
  • Source and manage parts from both local and international suppliers.
  • Handle stock control activities including inventory counts, returns, and stock management.
  • Support warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, transfers, and put-away.
  • Ensure all activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years experience in parts, warehouse, or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or aviation parts.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Forklift/pallet jack experience (preferred).
  • GSE industry experience a bonus.
