Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 base + 5% pension.

This is a unique opportunity for a Professional Services Manager to establish and lead the company’s Professional Services division. Initially, you will have 1-2 direct reports, with the potential for further growth. The role is autonomous, offering exposure to various projects and minimal micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the Professional Services division, driving best practices and operational excellence.
  • Manage and deliver IT migration projects, including on-premises to cloud transitions, security implementations, and client onboarding.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team and senior leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Implement and drive change management initiatives within the organization and for clients.
  • Provide commercial insight to projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background initially as a Technical Project Manager or Consultant, within an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on technical experience with IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, and security projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL certification and Azure certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
