This is a unique opportunity for a Professional Services Manager to establish and lead the company’s Professional Services division. Initially, you will have 1-2 direct reports, with the potential for further growth. The role is autonomous, offering exposure to various projects and minimal micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the Professional Services division, driving best practices and operational excellence.
- Manage and deliver IT migration projects, including on-premises to cloud transitions, security implementations, and client onboarding.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team and senior leadership to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Implement and drive change management initiatives within the organization and for clients.
- Provide commercial insight to projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Strong background initially as a Technical Project Manager or Consultant, within an MSP environment.
- Hands-on technical experience with IT infrastructure, cloud migrations, and security projects.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL certification and Azure certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
