Dublin 2 - office based role

A global organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support and enhance its ServiceNow platform throughout the current implementation process. This is a key role within the IT team, focused on optimising ITSM processes, driving platform improvements, and delivering stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including biannual upgrades and new workflow development.
  • Analyse business needs, document requirements, and configure the platform accordingly.
  • Deliver training and provide support to end-users and fulfilment teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role with ServiceNow.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration).
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong grasp of ITIL principles (ITIL v3 or v4 certification a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
