We are recruiting a Security / Car Park Assistant to provide a professional, customer-focused service within a healthcare setting. You will play a key role in maintaining safety, supporting staff and patients, managing car parking, and responding to security incidents, while upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol site (on foot and vehicle) to protect people and property
- Respond to incidents including security alerts, disturbances, and alarms
- Assist staff and patients, ensuring a safe environment at all times
- Monitor and manage car parking and traffic flow
- Report incidents, faults, and security breaches
- Maintain accurate logs and complete incident reports
- Operate CCTV (training provided)
- Provide support with portering and site duties when required
- Liaise with PSNI where necessary
- Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Trust policies
Essential Criteria:
- Must be 18 years or over
- Minimum 2 years’ previous security experience
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
- Strong awareness of safety and security procedures
- Professional, calm, and reliable approach
