We are recruiting a full-time Despatch/Glazing Operative to join our client in Antrim, Steeple Road (Camden Group).
Rate of pay: £13.91 per hour
Location: Antrim, Steeple Road
Shift times: Monday – Thursday 5pm – 2.30am and Friday 5pm – 10.15pm

Our client, Camden, is currently recruiting full-time Despatch Operatives to join their busy Despatch team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with full training provided and opportunities to develop valuable skills in logistics and distribution.

About the Role:
As part of the Despatch team, you will play a key role in preparing finished uPVC windows and doors for delivery. You’ll ensure that all products are handled carefully, checked for quality, and loaded accurately to meet customer requirements. This is an important position within the business, helping ensure orders are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for despatch
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Check completed products for quality before dispatch
- Ensure all items are labelled and documented correctly
- Follow despatch schedules and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Report any damages, faults, or discrepancies promptly
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
