1.To undertake a range of admin support duties including, making appointments, maintaining diaries, receiving, processing and distributing incoming mail, personally dealing with routine items, provision of typing admin support to senior staff.

To liaise with schools and Orthoptists to organise school visits and availability of rooms.

To check that consent has been given for all children on the list prior to school visits.

To accompany the Orthoptist on School clinics, where the post-holder will liaise with
teaching staff and the Orthoptist to organise the clinic list of children present on the day.
4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and/or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role

2 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
Experience in the use of Microsoft office products including Word, or equivalent.
