The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and customer-focused tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Part Time Accounts Administrator Requirements- Previous office administrator experience ( required) Previous experience in accounts or purchasing (desirable) Quickbooks system experience ( required) Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Part Time Accounts Administrator Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer and manage phone calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries or directing them appropriately. Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming office environment. Administrative Support: Raise and manage sales and purchase orders. Input purchase invoices, ensuring accurate matching to purchase orders. Type up customer quotes and update pricing details in the bespoke system. Order Management: Process customer orders (measured in meters), verify accuracy, and ensure timely delivery. Systems and Records: Use QuickBooks and the bespoke accounts system for financial and operational tasks. Maintain accurate records, including invoicing and purchase order documentation.
